a motorcycle journey
Inspired by Ernesto Guevara's 1952 motorcycle journey across South America, as captured in the 2004 film Motorcycle Diaries, I set out on a motorcycle journey from my hometown of Montreal to the southern tip of Argentina in order to explore the continent and learn from the people I would meet along the journey.
August 25th 2014. The day I bought my motorcycle from Ron in La Prairie, Quebec. It had 74 000km and the previous owner had already driven it to Alaska and back!

Made my way to Buenos Aires after.
Sold my bike!
I ran out of money after reaching Ushuaia, so had to sell my motorcycle in Buenos Aires.
Converted my motorcycle for a skateboard and rented a room in Buenos Aires for 3 months!
October 12th, the Day Christopher Columbus "discovered" the Americas. Considered a day of invasion and ransacking by the Indigenous Groups at this rally in Sao Paulo.
