“I was born in Brazil but went to Japan when I was 20 years old. I worked for industrial companies and advised foreigners who wanted to do business in Japan. I also spent 5 years there working in a restaurant, where I learned to cook. When I came back, I wanted to open my own restaurant and found this place while walking around. The owner let me rent the place for free at first. One day, I had a dream of this recipe with chicken and today, half of my sales are from this dish.”
