​​My professional experiences over the last 15 years have spanned across various industries: education, government, politics, international development, software development, and university research.

Needless to say, I've learned a whole lot from leading organizations and individuals, as well as from the many travels I have done through over 40 countries and living abroad for close to 3 years.

​

Throughout these roles and experiences, better understanding systems and supporting people in achieving their goals and potential has always been at the heart of my motivation and approach.​​

​

My main areas of expertise relate to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Personal Development and Civic Engagement, which I offer through group trainings and individual coaching services.

​

I am certified as an Integral Associate Coach with Integral Coaching Canada, an accredited training by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and have an academic background in Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal.

​

I am passionate about connecting personal development with systems thinking, spirituality with civic engagement, and intentions with result-oriented actions.

​

I also have a passion for road trips and for riding motorcycles, which I have done across the Americas from Canadian Labrador to Argentine Patagonia.

 

I am married to Hannah, my wonderful partner with whom I have learned to be and embody the whole spectrum of who I am.​
